HISTORY OF INVESTNSHARE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS
Investnshare began life in 2004 shortly after Robert decided to leave his role as a local bank manager and start up on his own.
He believed that people deserve choice and to know the different options available to them.
On this premise Robert set up Investnshare as an independent firm offering mortgage and protection advice from the whole market rather than just one bank, building society or provider. Therefore securing his clients the best deals and products available to them.
To this day we remain completely independent , offering whole of market financial advice on mortgages, protection, pensions and investments.
Rather than marketing our skills the majority of our business comes from satisfied clients referring their friends and family.
Furthermore we have a close working relationship with a number of professional accountancy practices, solicitor firms and estate agencies who introduce their clients to us as they know from experience that they will be in safe hands.
Whilst our office is based in Dungannon we provide advice and support to clients all over Northern Ireland and indeed the rest of the UK.

MEET OUR TEAM
Steven Young
Mortgage & Protection Adviser
A graduate of Belfast’s Queens University Steven arrived as a Mortgage Adviser in 2011. He offers advice on mortgages, protection and general insurance. Steven is currently pursuing a Diploma in regulated financial advice and hopes to transition into offering investment and pension advice in the near future.
Gail Graham
Mortgage and protection adviser
As a previous financial adviser and manager within Ulster Bank Gail has been in the financial services sector since 1992. Gail has recently achieved chartered status and has experience in all aspects of financial planning.
Jodie morgan
Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Jodie joined the business in 2017 and deals with mortgage and life insurance administration.
Joel Young
Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Joel started his career in Financial Services with us in 2014 and began advising clients at Investnshare in January 2016, after passing his CEMAP Qualification. He moved to Belfast in January 2018 to take up the role of Mortgage & Protection Adviser at a prominent Estate Agency in the city. After 4 and a half years honing his expertise and advisory skills in Belfast, we are delighted that Joel has returned to us at Investnshare as a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser. Joel has a vast array of experience dealing with First Time Buyers, Home Movers, Investment Property and Protection Planning. Outside of work Joel loves to travel and can often be found on a Golf Course or listening to a Podcast.
